Know Your Rights

In Indiana, individuals experiencing homelessness have the right to certain services and protections, including the right to participate in the Supportive Services for Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program, have access to permanent supportive housing, and receive services through the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. They also have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, and to seek assistance from various organizations and programs that provide resources and support.

Indiana Legal Services, Inc. (ILS)
